Re-enrollment for the 2019/2020 school year opened today! The process for re-enrolling your student(s) for next school year is new. Below are instructions on re-enrolling your student(s). If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Romano, Director of Admissions and Communications. You may aslo schedule an appointment with Mrs. Romano if you'd like help with the re-enrollment process.
To begin the re-enrollment process, please go to The Carmel School website and login to "WILDCATS WEB" in the top right-hand corner. NOTE: If you do not know your username and password, please contact Mrs. Romano.
When you log in to the parent portal, you will see a light yellow band with the following text "You have: X Contract(s) to Accept." NOTE: The X will be dependent on the number of children you have currently enrolled at The Carmel School.
Please click on the "X Contract(s) to Accept" text to begin the re-enrollment process. NOTE: There are two types of contracts. See below for descriptions of each contract.
You will be taken to the "Files & Forms" page. You will need to select the green "Review" button the right hand side of the page.
Please verify that the correct agreement has been made (Smart Tuition or Non Smart Tuition). See below for descriptions of each contract.
Review the information on your student. You will need to initial the contract throughout the process.
Deposit required. A $500 deposit must accompany the agreement to reserve the applicant's enrollment. The deposit will be applied as a tuition payment.
Discounts. There is a discount for enrolling by March 25, 2019. The discount is $160 for Lower School students, $165 for Middle School students, and $200 for Upper School students. Families with more than one child enrolled will receive a 5% discount for each additional child. The first child is considered to be in the highest grade. NOTE: The tuition on the agreement is before any discounts.
NOTE: The agreement will not be fully submitted until all responsible parties have had a chance to review and acknowledge. Each party must login to the school website and review and acknowledge the agreement.
2019/2020 Contract Options
Enrollment Agreement (non ST) 2019 - 2020 - this agreement is to be used only when paying tuition to the school directly.
The Carmel School Enrollment Agreement - this agreement is to be used only when accepting Smart Tuition, our online payment processing partner, as your tuition billing manager. There is a $50 fee per family.
