The Carmel School boasts an Engineering and Robotics curriculum for students in grades 6-12, in addition to two extracurricular, competitive robotics teams. From Lower School to graduation, The Carmel School fosters students’ creativity and STEAM skills at all levels.
Robotics at Carmel encourages students to go beyond the requirements of any single course or competition by guiding exploration of dozens of different robotic systems, including unmanned vehicles, animatronics, artificial intelligence and more.
Through clubs and extracurricular offerings, students gain mentorship from an interdisciplinary team of teachers, sponsors and mentors, gaining diverse technical expertise, as well as vital communication and leadership skills.
